Charles is a Mining Engineer from Louvain-La-Neuve Catholic University, Belgium, 1974. Experienced Project Coordinator,Consultant and Director in several Public and Private companies, he drove Mining, Energy and Transport projects for companies’ operations; the latest being the mining operations with Whaheli SARL in charges of Water, Health and Environment. Charles also drove several special projects such as but not limited to: – Study on Methane Gas Capture in Lake Kivu, – Pyrochlore Mineral Deposit project in Lueshe; – Study on integration of the management of National Railways of countries member of UAC, -Study on integration of supply for public companies in DRC.

Group Financial Controller at Nampak (South Africa) in 1992; he joined the diplomacy as Head of Diplomatic Mission of Democratic Republic of Congo to South Africa. Toward end 1997, he joined IDC as Financial Controller in Cape Town before moving to the UK in 1999 where he was successively appointed Financial Controller at MIA General Insurance; Group Financial Controller at Aktrion Group and Finance Director at KIG before taking the position of Head of Finance at First Quantum Minerals in 2006. He also held positions as CFO of Sierra Fishing Co. in Sierra Leone; Financial Controller at MPD (Glencore) in Pointe Noire (Republic of Congo); CFO of Mineral Invest International in Kinshasa before his actual position.
Qualified Accountant, he holds a Bachelor Honours Degree in Business Finance from Wits University in Johannesburg/RSA and a Master Degree in Accounting and Finance from London Metropolitan University in London/UK..
With more than 34 year’s experience at high level of responsibility in finance, accounting and administration fields.He was appointed Accountant at SEP Congo in 1992 and then Deputy Treasury Manager and Tax Adviser. In 2000, he took the position of Group Accountant at Nissan Motors DRC before his current position as Finance and Administration Director of both Tanga Logistics & Mining SA and GICC SARL, Mr Yotham Mugayo Holds a Post Graduate Degree in Commerce; specialized in marketing. He has an in-depth knowledge in computer program analysis .
Adelard K. Pele was a project geologist of Ivanplats DRC Exploration a subsidiary of Ivanhoe Mines. He has over 14 years’ experience within the Mining industry.
